Frank Dainese and Fabio Bellini apparently don’t take a break after the release of the Cerro Torre. With Eiger 3d, the mountain specialists are working on the world-famous triumvirate of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau for X-Plane 11. The developers announced this on their website yesterday, Tuesday. So it’s back to Switzerland, more precisely to the “Berner Oberland”. By the way, the two have been active in Switzerland before, most recently on the Matterhorn in the Valais Alps.

In addition to the three hills, the “Kleine Scheidegg” will also be covered by the package. Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald and several other municipalities in the region are also to be part of the package. Frank Dainese and Fabio Bellini expect at least two months of hard work. If everything goes smoothly, Eiger 3D may could be released at the end of May.
