The trilogy is complete. After Orbx had already published the middle of Great Britain for X-Plane 11 in December, it is now the turn of the north. TrueEarth Great Britain North costs 54 Australian dollars and is purchased as usual via OrbxDirect. Compared to the previous parts, the photo scenery covers a much larger area, more than 104,674 square kilometres.

According to the product description, TrueEarth Great Britain North includes a detailed implementation of the metropolitan regions of Edinburgh and Glasgow. It also includes areas such as the Scottish Highlands, the numerous Lochs, the Inner and Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Islands. Remarkable castles, ancient bridges, monuments and ruins complete the landscape.

With the Isle of Man, TrueEarth Great Britain North is also a suitable destination for fans of tax havens. There are over 50 custom 3D models on the island, and this year Orbx is planning to release an additional scenery (We reported) that will include the Isle of Man Airport. Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton has registered his Bombardier Challenger 605 private jet there, by the way – and thus saves a lot of taxes.
